Hi guys, Katlyn here with a fun tag for you!

1. Name a beauty regimen that you rarely do?
I don’t spend nearly enough time really packing products on my face and taking care of my skin. I do always moisturize day and night but not extensively. Shame on me, you think I would know better by now, but I am trying to improve that! I’ve been lucky enough to try out some really great new stuff here at Beauteque, I’ve learned a lot and am trying to make it more of a habit. By the way, were actually running a deal right now, if you spend $15 on skin care you’ll get a free pretty make up bag!

2. Is washing your make-up brushes something that you do regularly?
Now, yes. In the past before I had good brushes and no idea how gross not washing them was, I would literally never wash my make up brushes (YUCK). Now I tryyyyyyy to at least wash them every weekend but sometimes a week or two may go by…

3. How long will you last with chipped nail polish?
Once I stopped getting acrylics/gels when I was younger I became obsessed with doing my own nails, mani/pedi EVERY WEEK for the last few years because I always wanted them looking fresh. I used to be so neurotic about not having chipped nails, ever, and wouldn’t let them be chipped for more than a day or two. Lately I’ve been slacking and my lazy girl tip is just file the nails down some, slap on some clear coat, and the chips don’t look so bad, HA! Below is after a fresh mani/pedi I gave myself a few weeks ago.
4. How long will you put off buying/replacing a beauty product, even if you need it?
It depends how important it is and how often I use it. If it’s something I use everyyy day like a primer/powder/concealer/bb cream, I almost always have a back up on hand to not be stuck without in a time of need. If it’s something I don’t use every day but do like, it may take me a week or two. I switch things up a lot so if I didn’t love it I won’t re purchase or keep a back up and just try something new.

5. What is your worst beauty habit?
Not always washing my face make up and mascara off with a cleanser and water. On those tired, lazy nights when I just use a make up remover wipe or cleansing water, I never take my mascara off. Even though wipes and waters are supposed to be good, and they are, I never feel as clean as if I washed with water, and I also don’t take my mascara off when I go that route. I just hate smearing black all over my face, but by not doing so I can tell I’m breaking lashes by sleeping with it on. Bad, bad, bad…

6. Name something non-beauty related that you put off doing all the time?
LAUNDRYYYYYYYY, UGH! Its time consuming, but ya gotta do it! I used to just buy more clothes when I was younger, clearly that’s not the answer…Doing your laundry is…before you’re buried in it.

7. When going out somewhere, do you leave getting ready to the last minute?
I always have good intentions and start with plenty of time, however I am alwayssss rushing out the door. I don’t know what it is, if I have too much time, I take too much time and then rush, and when I don’t have time, I rush, can’t win!

8. Can you commit to spending bans?
Errr, well I learned the value of a dollar pretty young. Once I started working and knew what spending MY money was like at 15 it definitely made and still makes me think twice about if I NEED something. I don’t over indulge but every now and again a nice retail binge is gratifying and deserved.

9. How organized is your make-up and nail polish collection?
My make up is organized by what I use the most, which is in an acrylic container in my bathroom. Things I don’t use often are separated in containers and put away but grouped by purpose/product ( like I said, I keep back ups of heavily used things). My nail polishes are also semi organized in that they are all in containers based on color, like all my pinks, reds, oranges. Then purples, blues, greens, and dark colors etc. I have wayyyyyy too much to display it nicely on a wall, it just would be overwhelming and reminiscent of a nail polish aisle of your local drug store…

10. What is your most cherished beauty product?
Hmm, tough one…Skin care things I change all the time, so I have to pick my most cherished beauty tool, my Beauty Blender! Game changer, even though I swap it out for a kabuki brush when using BB cream often, I will NEVER apply under eye concealer any other way since the day I purchased it.
